Rob Madigan, Chairman of the Board
Rob was a star pupil at Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business, completing his Honors Degree in Business Administration in 1987. One of his co-op work terms took him to Belfast, Northern Ireland, with the accounting firm, Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
Upon returning to Canada, Rob was a brand manager at Robin Hood Multi Foods, before joining a Toronto-based start-up in the Interactive Voice Response business. Under the mantra, "Go west, young man, and make your fortune," Rob moved to Vancouver in 1990, where he founded the company that today is the multimillion dollar business, Teligence.
Among his many accolades, Rob was awarded the Wilfrid Laurier 75th Anniversary Award for Continued Outstanding Contribution to Life at Laurier. In 2001, he was a recipient of the prestigious Business in Vancouver's Forty Under Forty Award. Rob and his wife Trish have two children, a son and a daughter.

Cameron Sobolik, President
Vancouver-born and raised, Cameron is a graduate of Douglas College. His 20 years of experience in the IT industry encompasses leadership and management roles at Playground Intrawest, 360Networks/Bell Canada and BC Tel Mobility, with a breadth of expertise that includes global IT team formation, M&A, integration and business development.
Throughout his career, Cameron has been commended for exceptional customer service orientation and relationship-building skills. In 1997, he was granted a personal leadership award recognizing 50 outstanding leaders across the BC Telecom organization of 18,000 people. He has been featured in The Globe and Mail and The Report on Business.
Cameron lives on a hobby farm in South Surrey with his wife and five children. He is an avid fly fisherman and a Canadian Death Racer.

Ian MacLeod, General Counsel
Ian is a commercial lawyer with experience in commercial transactions, licensing, finance, mergers and acquisition, tax and employment concerns.
He holds a BA (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario, and an LLB from UBC, and has been a member of The Law Society of British Columbia since 1995. Ian began his legal career in Vancouver with a national firm, practicing corporate and commercial law. In 2000, he followed his career objectives of getting closer to business by moving to In-House Counsel with 360networks, where he undertook large telecommunications and public market transactions and was directly involved in the corporate reorganization.
Ian moved to Vancouver from Ottawa in 1991 to be closer to Whistler and the big mountains, where he met his wife, Julie. Together they live on the North Shore where they are raising their young family to enjoy the outdoors.
