Teligence Stars Award
Twice a year, we have a party where we present two employees with awards for being stars. Any employee is eligible to be nominated by their peers, and winners receive $1000 cash!
Just in Time Awards
Going above and beyond the call of duty is ingrained in our culture, and rewarded as well! Teligence employees can nominate their peers for a Just-in-Time reward, anytime! Winners can choose gift cards from Future Shop, Starbucks, Ticketmaster and many more.
Community Involvement
At Teligence, we take our commitment to our community seriously. We participate in and sponsor many local events, including Bowling for Big Brothers, The Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Big Bike and the Canary Derby for cancer research. Our office is located in a modern building in beautiful downtown Vancouver, that features bright, open-plan seating, a full kitchen, vending machines, complimentary designer coffees and teas, and spacious individual workspaces. After-hours, we enjoy each other's company in the area's many great restaurants, parks, outdoor patios and pubs.
Annual Fitness Subsidy
